Miriam Kleinman is the Creator and President of Teava, LLC, an advanced natural skincare company that utilizes the unique benefits of tea. Miriam’s passion for science and fascination with using what nature has provided led to the innovative natural solution that is Teava. This Metro Detroit native is using her background in Biochemistry to enable skin confidence – naturally. A Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Michigan State University, and 9 years performing extensive biological research in academia and biotechnology are the foundation for Miriam pursuing a PhD in Toxicology. Miriam has bridged nature, science, and beauty to bring entrepreneurial business to Detroit. An advocate, Miriam hopes to make a positive impact on her city through Teava.
Teava Skincare is the world’s first advanced skincare line based entirely around the benefits of tea. Tea is well known for its anti-aging properties, but it has many other powerful, yet lesser known qualities. Tea contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and other properties that make this a powerful active ingredient that is growing in popularity. Each product is formulated using the tea that contains unique components that solve problematic skin issues. Other naturally active ingredients are combined with tea to magnify the reparative effects, creating products that solve skin issues AND are anti-aging. By looking at the science behind these beneficial leaves, Teava has developed innovative skincare solutions that solve two problems in one jar.

Excellent post, I myself stick to nothing but all natural beauty products. I am also very aware of the foods I eat as this is one of the main causes of bad health and most skin and odor issues.
As a 34 year vet of Public REALations as I like to call it I would advise Miriam to do a MASSIVE PR campaign to get all the VIPs of Detroit, her hometown, using her skin care line. She could set up her Teava biz as a Social Enterprise as I’m doing with 7th Haven Development to help put people back to work that have been displaced here in the western North Carolina mountains by
manufacturing going overseas.
Detroit is hurting and she could get a REAL boost by helping her hometown as she seems passionate about it.
