Colleen Stanley’s Bio
Colleen Stanley is president of SalesLeadership, Inc., a sales and management training firm. They focus on small to mid-size firms who want to grow sales and improve the effectiveness of their sales team. Their clients experience a 25% – 30% increase in sales by hiring top performers, installing a sales process where you don’t lose to price and developing sales leaders that teams will follow.
Colleen is a monthly columnist for the Business Journals across the United States, author of ‘Motivational Selling’ and author of ‘Growing Great Sales Teams: Lessons from the Cornfield.’ She was the featured speaker on sales at the 2006 New York Times Small Business Summit.
Prior to starting SalesLeadership, Colleen was vice president of sales and marketing for Varsity Spirit Corporation. During her 10 years at Varsity, sales increased from 8M to 90M. Varsity was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the 200 fastest growing companies in the United States in 1994 and 1995.
When she is not growing sales, Colleen and her husband Jim enjoy hiking, biking and skiing in beautiful Denver, Colorado.
